📦 How long does it take for home delivery?
Orders are usually delivered within 2 to 4 working days in Pakistan. For international shipping, it may take 7 to 15 days, depending on your location.
🚚 What courier do you use for deliveries?
We partner with reliable courier services such as TCS, Leopards, and Pakistan Post for domestic orders. International deliveries are handled by tracked services like DHL, FedEx, or Aramex.
💸 Why am I being charged for delivery when it says standard delivery is free?
Free standard delivery is applicable on orders above a certain value, or during specific promotional offers. If your order doesn’t qualify, shipping charges may apply at checkout.
📧 I haven’t received a dispatch or confirmation email — what should I do?
Kindly check your spam/junk folder. If you still can't find the email, contact our support team with your order number, and we’ll assist you promptly.
🏬 Why does it not say that parts will be delivered by a branch?
Currently, all items are delivered from our main fulfillment center. In-store pickup or branch dispatch is not available at this time.
Can I collect from a local store?
We offer a reserve and collect service. This is available on the checkout page. Please be aware, if the product is not available in a local store, you are unable to reserve it.
Do you deliver on Weekend?
Our delivery partners usually operate Monday to Saturday. Weekend delivery depends on the courier and your location.
🛍️ Can I collect from a local store?
As we operate fully online, we do not offer local store pickups. All orders are delivered to your doorstep.
🔄 How long before I receive a refund?
Refunds are usually processed within 5 to 7 working days after we receive your return and inspect the item.
💰 Why haven’t you refunded the original delivery charge?
Unfortunately, original delivery charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our fault.
🌍 Do you offer VAT discount to non-EU customers?
Currently, we are focused on the Pakistan and UAE region, so VAT exemption policies do not apply. We'll update this if we expand to other regions.
✅ Can you confirm you’ve received my return?
Yes! Once your return arrives at our warehouse, you’ll get an email confirmation within 2 to 4 business days.
